 By ensuring you are placing the Portable Cable onto a surface which is completely flat and has no small air holes or groves in. Best surfaces are Glass Mirrors, Doors, Steel Metal, Dishwasher and Fridge Doors. If you are unsure whether your surface will be compatible we recommend purchasing our surface kit with your Portable Cable

Unfortunately we cannot amend orders once they are placed, this includes cancelling orders that have been placed or adding items to orders that have been placed

Yes, we ship worldwide. (there are few remote countries we cannot ship to)

Once your order is submitted you will receive a confirmation email which will contain an estimated delivery date and a tracking number.

This will also be visible on your customer account.

Unwanted items
For unwanted items we offer a 14-day money back guarantee. Simply send us an email within 14-days of receiving your order and as long as your items are unused, unbuilt and in the original packaging you can return them and we will refund you the total cost of the item. For International orders unwanted items we are unable to offer returns labels and collection. Return shipping must be organised by the customer

Damaged or faulty items
We offer a 30-day money guarantee. Simply send us an email within 30 days of receiving your order, we will cover the postage cost for you to return the item and give you the option to choose a replacement or receive a full refund.

We have no influence on local duty fees and import regulations. Duty and import fees are to be paid by the customer. Duty and import fees are different in every country.
